TalentOS uses a small number of cookies and browser storage entries. We ask for consent before anything that is not strictly necessary.
Strictly necessary
- Authentication session token — keeps you signed in; removed when you sign out.
- Consent record — remembers your cookie choice so we stop asking.
- Security tokens — protect forms and API calls against cross-site abuse.
Functional (local storage)
- Selected workspace, theme, notification preferences, and your custom department/role option lists.
- These stay on your device and are not shared with third parties.
Optional analytics
If you accept all, we may record aggregated page and feature usage to improve the product. Choosing "Essential only" disables this. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
