2. Model every employee as a digital twin
TalentOS extracts skills, roles and experience from the source material and stores a digital twin per employee: summary, strengths, growth areas, career readiness and leadership signal. Twins are saved in your workspace and can be regenerated when new evidence arrives.
3. Analyse skills across the workforce
Individual twins roll up into workforce-level skill intelligence: which skills you actually hold, at what strength, and where coverage falls short of what your target occupations require. Talent risk and readiness scoring sit on the same data.
4. Plan hiring and upskilling
Model expansion scenarios and headcount roadmaps, assign learning paths to close gaps, and export the result as a CSV or PDF report for a leadership or board review.
