Upload a resume (PDF, DOCX, TXT or CSV) and TalentOS extracts skills, roles and experience verbatim — no invented history. Each twin stores a summary, strengths, growth areas, career readiness and leadership signal, and is saved to your workspace so it persists between sessions.
Skill intelligence
Skills are aggregated across your whole workforce, not sampled. TalentOS separates proficiency (how strong a skill is where you have it) from coverage gap (how much of the required skill your workforce is missing), using a built-in library of skills and occupations mapped to occupation-level skill requirements.
Workforce analytics
Headcount, department distribution, workforce readiness scoring and skill coverage charts recompute from your live employee and skill records. Empty workspaces show honest empty states rather than sample numbers.
