How a twin is created
Upload a resume in PDF, DOCX or text form. TalentOS parses the document, extracts facts verbatim, and only then unlocks twin generation — so the model summarises what the document actually says instead of filling gaps. You can replace or delete the source document and regenerate at any time.
Keeping twins current
Resumes go stale. Connecting a GitHub webhook lets TalentOS infer skill signal from day-to-day commits and pull requests, so an engineer's twin reflects current work rather than a document written two years ago. Inference volume per delivery is capped to keep costs predictable.
Privacy of twin data
Twins are stored inside your workspace behind row-level security and are never exposed publicly or indexed by search engines. Only members of your workspace with the right role can open an employee record.
